To je pritom mo\u017en\u00e9 u\u017e v s\u00fa\u010dasnosti, ak to typ a povaha pracovn\u00e9ho miesta umo\u017e\u0148uje. Pre agent\u00faru SITA to uviedla hovorky\u0148a\u00a0Konfeder\u00e1cie odborov\u00fdch zv\u00e4zov\u00a0(KOZ)\u00a0SR\u00a0Martina Nemethov\u00e1.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>\u201eJe mo\u017en\u00e9 dohodn\u00fa\u0165 sa so zamestn\u00e1vate\u013eom na rozvrhnut\u00ed t\u00fd\u017edenn\u00e9ho pracovn\u00e9ho \u010dasu na \u0161tyri dni, vi\u010f Slovensk\u00e1 sporite\u013e\u0148a alebo spolo\u010dnos\u0165 NN,\u201c<\/em>&nbsp;uviedla. U\u017e v s\u00fa\u010dasnosti je tie\u017e mo\u017en\u00e9 dohodn\u00fa\u0165 s odbormi v kolekt\u00edvnej zmluve ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed rozsah t\u00fd\u017edenn\u00e9ho pracovn\u00e9ho \u010dasu. Ako pr\u00edklad hovorky\u0148a KOZ uviedla kolekt\u00edvnu zmluvu vy\u0161\u0161ieho stup\u0148a pre verejn\u00fa slu\u017ebu, v ktorej je dohodnut\u00fd t\u00fd\u017edenn\u00fd pracovn\u00fd \u010das oproti Z\u00e1konn\u00edku pr\u00e1ce o 2,5 hodiny krat\u0161\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Model re\u00e1lneho skr\u00e1tenia pracovn\u00e9ho \u010dasu<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Odbor\u00e1ri od otvorenia odbornej i verejnej diskusie presadzuj\u00fa model re\u00e1lneho skr\u00e1tenia pracovn\u00e9ho \u010dasu, \u010di\u017ee redukciu odpracovan\u00fdch hod\u00edn denne, a to pri zachovan\u00ed rovnakej mzdy a benefitov, ako aj pracovn\u00e9ho za\u0165a\u017eenia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>\u201eStla\u010denie piatich pracovn\u00fdch dn\u00ed do \u0161tyroch v \u017eiadnom pr\u00edpade neprinesie lep\u0161iu rovnov\u00e1hu medzi pracovn\u00fdm a s\u00fakromn\u00fdm \u017eivotom, zamestnanec t\u00fdm nedostane viac vo\u013en\u00e9ho \u010dasu \u2013 \u010dasu pre seba, rodinu a z\u00e1ujmy,\u201c<\/em>&nbsp;tvrd\u00ed Nemethov\u00e1. Slovensk\u00fd ekonomick\u00fd model, ktor\u00fd je postaven\u00fd na n\u00edzkych mzd\u00e1ch a vysokom po\u010dte odpracovan\u00fdch hod\u00edn, pova\u017euj\u00fa odbor\u00e1ri za pre\u017eitok, ktor\u00fd je potrebn\u00fd prekona\u0165.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>\u201ePoklad\u00e1me za d\u00f4le\u017eit\u00e9 diskusiu k zmene nastavenia syst\u00e9mu pracovn\u00e9ho \u010dasu orientova\u0165 aj na in\u00e9, nemenej d\u00f4le\u017eit\u00e9 oblasti pracovn\u00e9ho \u017eivota ka\u017ed\u00e9ho zamestnanca. Krat\u0161\u00ed pracovn\u00fd t\u00fd\u017ede\u0148 v na\u0161om pon\u00edman\u00ed znamen\u00e1 aj zn\u00ed\u017eenie stresu, zv\u00fd\u0161enie produktivity, zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00fa spokojnos\u0165 a lojalitu zamestnancov, \u010di pozit\u00edvny vplyv na fyzick\u00e9 a du\u0161evn\u00e9 zdravie zamestnancov,\u201c<\/em>\u00a0dodala hovorky\u0148a KOZ.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">40 hod\u00edn za t\u00fd\u017ede\u0148<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Skupina poslancov za\u00a0hnutie Slovensko\u00a0na \u010dele s ich l\u00eddrom\u00a0Igorom Matovi\u010dom\u00a0predlo\u017eila do parlamentu n\u00e1vrh novely Z\u00e1konn\u00edka pr\u00e1ce. Od j\u00fala tohto roka navrhuj\u00fa na Slovensku zavies\u0165 \u0161tvord\u0148ov\u00fd pracovn\u00fd t\u00fd\u017ede\u0148 pri odpracovan\u00ed rovnak\u00e9ho mno\u017estva hod\u00edn ako pri p\u00e4\u0165d\u0148ovom pracovnom t\u00fd\u017edni.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>V z\u00e1sade je to pri v\u00e4\u010d\u0161ine zamestnancov 40 hod\u00edn t\u00fd\u017edenne.<strong>&nbsp;<\/strong>Parlament sa bude t\u00fdmto n\u00e1vrhom zaobera\u0165 na sch\u00f4dzi, ktor\u00e1 sa za\u010dne 30. janu\u00e1ra tohto roka.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Navrhovan\u00e1 zmena pracovn\u00e9ho k\u00f3dexu umo\u017e\u0148uje \u013eu\u010fom zamestnan\u00fdm v profesi\u00e1ch, ak to povaha pr\u00e1ce dovo\u013euje, aby mali viac dn\u00ed vo\u013ena, v ktor\u00fdch by sa mohli venova\u0165 svojim bl\u00edzkym, ale aj sami sebe bez toho, aby odpracovali v danom t\u00fd\u017edni menej hod\u00edn ako ich kolegovia a museli si bra\u0165 v pr\u00e1ci vo\u013eno. Hnutie Slovensko tak vych\u00e1dza v \u00fastrety zamestnancom bez toho, aby po\u0161kodil, alebo nejak\u00fdm sp\u00f4sobom sp\u00f4sobil probl\u00e9my ich zamestn\u00e1vate\u013eom.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>\u201eNiektor\u00ed rodi\u010dia, predov\u0161etk\u00fdm zamestnan\u00e9 matky s viacer\u00fdmi de\u0165mi, maj\u00fa \u010dasto m\u00e1lo \u201eparagrafov\u201c, aby si vybavili svoje nutn\u00e9 z\u00e1le\u017eitosti, vybavili veci aj v s\u00favislosti so svojimi de\u0165mi \u010do sa t\u00fdka starostlivosti o ich zdravotn\u00fd stav, a preto si ukrojuj\u00fa na tieto z\u00e1le\u017eitosti aj z dovolenky,\u201c<\/em>\u00a0argumentuj\u00fa predkladatelia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">O zmenu bude treba po\u017eiada\u0165<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Ak to typ a povaha pracovn\u00e9ho miesta umo\u017e\u0148uje, zamestn\u00e1vate\u013e bude musie\u0165 zamestnancovi na z\u00e1klade jeho \u017eiadosti rozvrhn\u00fa\u0165 t\u00fd\u017edenn\u00fd pracovn\u00fd \u010das na \u0161tyri dni. Ak o toto rozvrhnutie ustanoven\u00e9ho t\u00fd\u017edenn\u00e9ho pracovn\u00e9ho \u010dasu zamestnanec po\u017eiada a prerokuje to so zamestn\u00e1vate\u013eom, zamestn\u00e1vate\u013e bude povinn\u00fd rozvrhn\u00fa\u0165 t\u00fd\u017edenn\u00fd pracovn\u00fd \u010das zamestnanca tak, \u017ee zamestnanec z\u00edska de\u0148 nepretr\u017eit\u00e9ho odpo\u010dinku naviac.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zamestnanec by tak mal v porovnan\u00ed s in\u00fdmi zamestnancami na obdobnej poz\u00edcii o jeden de\u0148 nepretr\u017eit\u00e9ho odpo\u010dinku viac, a to za predpokladu odpracovania rovnak\u00e9ho po\u010dtu hod\u00edn za t\u00fd\u017ede\u0148 ako jeho kolegovia, ktor\u00ed pracuj\u00fa p\u00e4\u0165 dn\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>\u201eNapr\u00edklad, ak \u00fa\u010dtovn\u00ed\u010dka bude chodi\u0165 do pr\u00e1ce v pondelok a v stredu na 12 hod\u00edn a v utorok a \u0161tvrtok na osem hod\u00edn, v piatok u\u017e nebude musie\u0165 pr\u00eds\u0165 do pr\u00e1ce.
