Najrozsiahlej\u0161ie prep\u00fa\u0161\u0165anie nahl\u00e1sili na \u00darade pr\u00e1ce, soci\u00e1lnych vec\u00ed a rodiny v Rimavskej Sobote 15. decembra 2023 od podniku z oblasti v\u00fdroby elektrick\u00fdch a elektronick\u00fdch pr\u00edstrojov pre motorov\u00e9 vozidl\u00e1. Ohrozen\u00fdch je tam 321 zamestnancov.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Agent\u00faru SITA o tom informovalo tla\u010dov\u00e9 a komunika\u010dn\u00e9 oddelenie\u00a0\u00dastredia pr\u00e1ce, soci\u00e1lnych vec\u00ed a rodiny (\u00daPSVaR).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Prv\u00e9 minuloro\u010dn\u00e9 prep\u00fa\u0161\u0165anie bolo nahl\u00e1sen\u00e9 na konci febru\u00e1ra vo Zvolene od spolo\u010dnosti z oblasti v\u00fdroba ostatn\u00fdch kovov\u00fdch v\u00fdrobkov, kde mohlo pr\u00eds\u0165 o pr\u00e1cu 106 zamestnancov. Dve hromadn\u00e9 prep\u00fa\u0161\u0165ania boli nahl\u00e1sen\u00e9 na \u00farade pr\u00e1ce v Banskej Bystrici, prv\u00e9 z oblasti v\u00fdroba dosiek 6. j\u00fala s po\u010dtom 58 zamestnancov a z oblasti odlievanie \u013eahk\u00fdch kovov posledn\u00fd novembrov\u00fd de\u0148, ktor\u00e9 ohrozilo 45 zamestnancov.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hromadn\u00e9 prep\u00fa\u0161\u0165anie bolo ohl\u00e1sen\u00e9 aj na \u00farade pr\u00e1ce v Banskej \u0160tiavnici, kde 22. novembra nahl\u00e1sili prep\u00fa\u0161\u0165anie 24 zamestnancov z oblasti n\u00e1kladn\u00e1 cestn\u00e1 doprava.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>N\u00e1zvy spolo\u010dnost\u00ed, ktor\u00e9 nahl\u00e1sili hromadn\u00e9 prep\u00fa\u0161\u0165anie, \u00fastredie pr\u00e1ce nekonkretizovalo, odvol\u00e1vaj\u00fac sa na z\u00e1kon o slu\u017eb\u00e1ch zamestnanosti. Pod\u013ea neho m\u00f4\u017eu n\u00e1zvy spolo\u010dnost\u00ed zverej\u0148ova\u0165 len ak maj\u00fa ich s\u00fahlas, pri\u010dom v t\u00fdchto pr\u00edpadoch ho nemali.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hromadn\u00e9 prep\u00fa\u0161\u0165anie je firma povinn\u00e1 ozn\u00e1mi\u0165 \u00fastrediu pr\u00e1ce. Za hromadn\u00e9 prep\u00fa\u0161\u0165anie sa pova\u017euje rozviazanie pracovn\u00e9ho pomeru s aspo\u0148 10 zamestnancami, ak firma zamestn\u00e1va od 21 do 99 zamestnancov. V pr\u00edpade, \u017ee m\u00e1 spolo\u010dnos\u0165 od 100 do 299 zamestnancov, za hromadn\u00e9 prep\u00fa\u0161\u0165anie sa po\u010d\u00edta rozviazane pomeru s aspo\u0148 10 percentami zamestnancov.
