Napriek predch\u00e1dzaj\u00facemu rekordn\u00e9mu zv\u00fd\u0161eniu platov sa \u0161t\u00e1tni zamestnanci, ktor\u00ed doteraz zar\u00e1bali o vy\u0161e 250 eur viac ako ich kolegovia v s\u00fakromnom sektore, teraz musia pripravi\u0165 na obdobie platov\u00e9ho zmrazenia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tento krok je s\u00fa\u010das\u0165ou konsolida\u010dn\u00fdch opatren\u00ed, ktor\u00e9 maj\u00fa \u0161t\u00e1tnemu rozpo\u010dtu u\u0161etri\u0165 takmer 56 mili\u00f3nov eur. Zatia\u013e \u010do zv\u00fd\u0161enie miezd nie je pl\u00e1novan\u00e9 pre \u00faradn\u00edkov v org\u00e1noch \u0161t\u00e1tnej spr\u00e1vy, zamestnancov V\u00daC, obc\u00ed, \u0161k\u00f4l a in\u00fdch \u0161t\u00e1tnych in\u0161tit\u00faci\u00ed, v\u00fdnimku tvoria lek\u00e1ri, ktor\u00fdm sa podarilo vyrokova\u0165 si platov\u00fd automat garantuj\u00faci rast ich pr\u00edjmov ka\u017ed\u00fd rok.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Konfeder\u00e1cia odborov\u00fdch zv\u00e4zov (KOZ) SR vyjadrila siln\u00fd nes\u00fahlas s t\u00fdmto rozhodnut\u00edm a upozor\u0148uje, \u017ee nepl\u00e1nuje ust\u00fapi\u0165. Odbor\u00e1ri tvrdia, \u017ee konsolid\u00e1cia verejn\u00fdch financi\u00ed by nemala by\u0165 realizovan\u00e1 na \u00fakor zamestnancov a soci\u00e1lne slab\u0161\u00edch os\u00f4b. Vzh\u013eadom na rast\u00face ceny a \u017eivotn\u00e9 n\u00e1klady sa odbory chystaj\u00fa iniciova\u0165 kolekt\u00edvne vyjedn\u00e1vanie s cie\u013eom zabezpe\u010di\u0165 vy\u0161\u0161ie mzdy pre verejn\u00fd sektor od septembra 2024.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u010ealej sa objavuj\u00fa probl\u00e9my s dodr\u017eiavan\u00edm z\u00e1kona o minim\u00e1lnej mzde. Niektor\u00e9 tarifn\u00e9 platy v \u0161t\u00e1tnej slu\u017ebe s\u00fa pod hranicou stanovenej minim\u00e1lnej mzdy, \u010do je v rozpore s platn\u00fdm legislat\u00edvnym r\u00e1mcom. To vedie k paradoxnej situ\u00e1cii, kde za\u010d\u00ednaj\u00faci \u0161t\u00e1tni zamestnanci v ni\u017e\u0161\u00edch platov\u00fdch triedach zar\u00e1baj\u00fa menej ako je minim\u00e1lny z\u00e1robok stanoven\u00fd z\u00e1konom, \u010do len zhor\u0161uje nap\u00e4tie medzi vl\u00e1dou a zamestnaneck\u00fdmi zv\u00e4zmi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Odbor\u00e1ri avizuj\u00fa mo\u017en\u00e9 protesty a akcie, pokia\u013e sa ich po\u017eiadavky na zlep\u0161enie platov\u00fdch podmienok nesplnia.
