Pr\u00ed\u010dinou je, \u017ee len pribli\u017ene 49 % z celkov\u00e9ho po\u010dtu 405-tis\u00edc samostatne z\u00e1robkovo \u010dinn\u00fdch os\u00f4b (SZ\u010cO), medzi ktor\u00e9 patria aj \u017eivnostn\u00edci, je soci\u00e1lne poisten\u00fdch. Toto upozornenie vydal Slovensk\u00fd \u017eivnostensk\u00fd zv\u00e4z (S\u017dZ), pod\u010diarkuj\u00fac z\u00e1va\u017enos\u0165 situ\u00e1cie v s\u00favislosti so soci\u00e1lnym poisten\u00edm podnikate\u013eov.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Absencia soci\u00e1lneho poistenia m\u00e1 za n\u00e1sledok, \u017ee viac ne\u017e 200-tis\u00edc \u013eud\u00ed zost\u00e1va bez ochrany v pr\u00edpade staroby alebo invalidity. Tento stav s\u00favis\u00ed s pr\u00edjmom podnikate\u013eov, ke\u010f\u017ee soci\u00e1lne poistenie je povinn\u00e9 len pre t\u00fdch, ktor\u00fdch pr\u00edjem z podnikania presiahne stanoven\u00fd limit. V roku 2023 bola hranica pr\u00edjmu, od ktorej je povinn\u00e9 soci\u00e1lne poistenie, stanoven\u00e1 na \u00farovni 7 824 eur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>S\u017dZ tie\u017e upozor\u0148uje, \u017ee v\u00e4\u010d\u0161ina soci\u00e1lne poisten\u00fdch \u017eivnostn\u00edkov plat\u00ed poistn\u00e9 len z minim\u00e1lneho vymeriavacieho z\u00e1kladu, \u010do m\u00e1 za n\u00e1sledok n\u00edzku v\u00fd\u0161ku bud\u00faceho d\u00f4chodku. S\u00fa\u010dasne zv\u00e4z poukazuje na mo\u017enosti, ktor\u00e9 slovensk\u00e1 legislat\u00edva pon\u00faka na evidovanie a dokladanie da\u0148ov\u00fdch n\u00e1kladov, vr\u00e1tane uplat\u0148ovania pau\u0161\u00e1lnych v\u00fddavkov, \u010do predstavuje administrat\u00edvne zjednodu\u0161enie pre \u017eivnostn\u00edkov.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Situ\u00e1cia, v ktorej sa nach\u00e1dza ve\u013ek\u00fd po\u010det samostatne z\u00e1robkovo \u010dinn\u00fdch os\u00f4b na Slovensku, vyvol\u00e1va v\u00e1\u017ene ot\u00e1zky o soci\u00e1lnom zabezpe\u010den\u00ed a bud\u00facnosti d\u00f4chodkov v krajine.
