Nedostatok zamestnancov je nov\u00fdm stra\u0161iakom"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Na Slovensku m\u00e1me nov\u00e9ho stra\u0161iaka, je n\u00edm v\u00fdrazn\u00fd pokles po\u010dtu zamestnancov, ktor\u00fd je odrazom ochladenia zahrani\u010dn\u00fdch ekonom\u00edk a zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00fdch odchodov do pred\u010dasn\u00e9ho d\u00f4chodku.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Je na mieste sa preto p\u00fdta\u0165, \u010do s t\u00fdm bude Slovensko robi\u0165.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pr\u00edde demografick\u00e1 kr\u00edza<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Rezort pr\u00e1ce m\u00e1 rozpracovan\u00fdch nieko\u013eko opatren\u00ed, ktor\u00fdmi chce u\u013eah\u010di\u0165 zamestn\u00e1vanie cudzincov v t\u00fdch oblastiach, kde je najv\u00e4\u010d\u0161\u00ed dopyt po pracovnej sile.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Slovensk\u00fd pracovn\u00fd trh je s n\u00edzkou mierou nezamestnanosti \u010diasto\u010dne vy\u010derpan\u00fd, napriek tomu rezort pr\u00e1ce vid\u00ed potenci\u00e1l v mlad\u00fdch \u013eu\u010foch bez pracovn\u00fdch sk\u00fasenost\u00ed a dlhodobo nezamestnan\u00fdch.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>\u201eSlovensko bude \u010deli\u0165 demografickej kr\u00edze a po\u010det pr\u00e1ceschopn\u00fdch obyvate\u013eov bude klesa\u0165. Toto bude dodato\u010dnou z\u00e1\u0165a\u017eou na d\u00f4chodkov\u00fd syst\u00e9m, ktor\u00fd funguje na princ\u00edpe \u201epay-as-you-go\u201c \u2013 to znamen\u00e1, \u017ee odvody s\u00fa\u010dasn\u00fdch pracuj\u00facich sa pou\u017e\u00edvaj\u00fa na vypl\u00e1canie s\u00fa\u010dasn\u00fdch d\u00f4chodkov,\u201c<\/em>\u00a0vysvet\u013euje analytik\u00a0Slovenskej sporite\u013ene\u00a0Matej Hor\u0148\u00e1k.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zatia\u013e \u010do dnes na jedn\u00e9ho d\u00f4chodcu pracuj\u00faci asi \u0161tyria \u013eudia, do roku 2060 to bud\u00fa menej ne\u017e dvaja.&nbsp;<em>\u201eOtv\u00e1ranie trhu pr\u00e1ce a v\u00e4\u010d\u0161ia motiv\u00e1cia aj pre d\u00f4chodcov je zo stredno- a dlhodob\u00e9ho h\u013eadiska nevyhnutn\u00e9,\u201c<\/em>&nbsp;dod\u00e1va analytik.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Podpora mlad\u00fdch a znev\u00fdhodnen\u00fdch<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Prim\u00e1rnym zdrojom pracovnej sily pre zamestn\u00e1vate\u013eov na Slovensku m\u00e1 by\u0165 dom\u00e1ci trh pr\u00e1ce, av\u0161ak s n\u00edzkou mierou nezamestnanosti je tento zdroj \u010diasto\u010dne vy\u010derpan\u00fd.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Priestor vid\u00ed najm\u00e4 v podpore mlad\u00fdch \u013eud\u00ed bez pracovn\u00fdch sk\u00fasenost\u00ed a dlhodobo nezamestnan\u00fdch.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pr\u00edkladom je pl\u00e1novan\u00fd n\u00e1rodn\u00fd projekt Finan\u010dn\u00e9 stimuly pre zamestnanos\u0165, ktor\u00fd sa zameria na zv\u00fd\u0161enie zamestnania pre znev\u00fdhodnen\u00fdch uch\u00e1dza\u010dov o zamestnanie a mlad\u00fdch \u013eud\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ministerstvo pr\u00e1ce vytv\u00e1ra mo\u017enosti pre pr\u00edpravu dom\u00e1cej pracovnej sily prostredn\u00edctvom projektov, ktor\u00e9 umo\u017e\u0148uj\u00fa vzdel\u00e1vanie a pr\u00edpravu pre trh pr\u00e1ce pre nezamestnan\u00fdch a pre t\u00fdch, ktor\u00ed h\u013eadaj\u00fa zmenu zamestnania.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Nov\u00fd projekt je pred spusten\u00edm<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Tieto projekty cielia najm\u00e4 na oblasti nedostatkov\u00fdch profesi\u00ed, digitaliz\u00e1cie a zelen\u00e9ho hospod\u00e1rstva.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aktu\u00e1lne sa preto finalizuje spustenie n\u00e1rodn\u00e9ho projektu Zru\u010dnosti pre trh pr\u00e1ce. V r\u00e1mci tohto projektu bude mo\u017en\u00e9 z\u00edskanie vodi\u010dsk\u00e9ho opr\u00e1vnenia aj pre vodi\u010dov autobusov (skupinu D).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>\u201eAktu\u00e1lne je v legislat\u00edvnom procese aj n\u00e1vrh novely z\u00e1kona o pobyte cudzincov a z\u00e1kona o slu\u017eb\u00e1ch zamestnanosti, ktorej cie\u013eom je, okrem in\u00e9ho, aj zefekt\u00edvnenie a zr\u00fdchlenie procesu ude\u013eovania prechodn\u00fdch pobytov na \u00fa\u010del zamestnania pre \u0161t\u00e1tnych pr\u00edslu\u0161n\u00edkov tretej krajiny,\u201c<\/em>&nbsp;uviedol rezort pr\u00e1ce.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Krat\u0161ia rodi\u010dovsk\u00e1 dovolenka<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Predseda opozi\u010dnej\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/sita.sk\/firmy-institucie\/sas-sloboda-a-solidarita\/\">SaS<\/a>\u00a0Richard Sul\u00edk\u00a0pri\u0161iel tento t\u00fd\u017ede\u0148 s n\u00e1vrhom troch opatren\u00ed, ktor\u00e9 by mohli zabr\u00e1ni\u0165 poklesu po\u010dtu zamestnancov. Ako prv\u00e9 uviedol nebr\u00e1ni\u0165 d\u00f4chodcom, aby mohli pracova\u0165.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Rie\u0161en\u00edm je pod\u013ea neho aj zv\u00fd\u0161enie veku odchodu do d\u00f4chodku.\u00a0<em>\u201ePriemern\u00e1 d\u013a\u017eka do\u017eitia st\u00fapa, nesmie by\u0165 tabu, \u017ee sa bude dlh\u0161ie pracova\u0165,\u201c<\/em>\u00a0uviedol Sul\u00edk.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Do tretice je n\u00e1zoru, \u017ee \u017eeny nemusia by\u0165 na rodi\u010dovskej dovolenke tri roky, ale sta\u010dili by aj dva roky, s t\u00fdm, \u017ee o peniaze by nepri\u0161li, len by sa prerozdelili miesto troch rokov na dva.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">D\u00f4chodcovia m\u00f4\u017eu pracova\u0165<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>S\u00fa\u010dasn\u00e1 legislat\u00edva v\u0161ak pod\u013ea rezortu pr\u00e1ce nebr\u00e1ni starobn\u00fdm d\u00f4chodcom pracova\u0165.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>\u201eP\u00e1n Sul\u00edk mal asi na mysli poberate\u013eov pred\u010dasn\u00fdch starobn\u00fdch d\u00f4chodkov.
