To znamen\u00e1, \u017ee zamestn\u00e1vatelia by mali prij\u00edma\u0165 opatrenia, ktor\u00e9 presahuj\u00fa minim\u00e1lne po\u017eiadavky z\u00e1kona, a prispieva\u0165 k rozvoju udr\u017eate\u013enej\u0161ej a spravodlivej\u0161ej spolo\u010dnosti.
